I am Carlai Moore, an active law enforcement sergeant and the founder of the CEO Practitioner Network and Tables & Bridges.
I built this Network because I know what it feels like to carry Community Engagement responsibility without a professional structure behind the role. I looked for ongoing training, a national practitioner community, practical working tools, and a place to discuss the real demands of the work.
That professional home did not exist in the form I needed, so I began building it.
